Resen Waves power buoy offers 300 W

Resen Waves power buoy offers continuous power and real-time data connectivity to autonomous instruments and machinery in the sea. It provides 300 W continuous power (or up to 600 W, peak) , with the possibility of using Imnarsat, 3G or 4G. It’s connectivity allows it to access instruments in real-time remotely, no matter where the instrumentation is located.

According to its specification, it’s able to work in a water depth from 10 m to 200 m. The system has the following dimensions: 170 x 170 x 100 cm and starts to produce power in half a meter waves.

The buoy can be used to power instruments and machinery, unmanned remote operations, offshore oil & gas operations, hydrographic, oceanographic, AUV or ROV docking stations, whale monitoring…

Economising power is normally done by cutting back on data transmission, which limits the applications of the instruments. All these drawbacks are with the Resen Waves power buoy in the sea as a plug-and-play solution.
