On 24.05. the prelude to the first Pitch Blue took place in Hamburg. From a large number of applications, the best 10 maritime startups were invited to this pitch event.
The approval and the interest were great. More than 80 spectators and a dedicated jury of top-class shipping experts wanted to present the best ideas and solutions from the founders to the maritime industry.
In the end, these three winners not only prevailed in the jury but also in the audience.

The event was well received by the ship owners, startups and the press. A continuation is expected next year
The event was organized by the German Shipowners‘ Association (VDR) and was carried out with the kind support of Maritime Startups and Maritime Cluster Northern Germany (MCN).
